Key Responsibilities: Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person to provide prompt and courteous service Prepare and deliver sales quotations for new products in a timely manner Follow up on sales quotations and provide cost-justifiable recommendations to customers Address customer questions or direct them to the appropriate personnel as needed Deliver outstanding customer support and strengthen client relations Become a product knowledge specialist to better assist clients Prepare weekly and monthly department reports for senior management and executive team Follow procedures established under the ISO 9001 Quality Management System Participate in company-provided comprehensive training program Some travel may be required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (minimum 2.0 GPA required) Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Microbiology, Electronics, or related field (preferred) 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, customer service, or data entry (preferred) Prior experience in sales or customer service (required) Valid drivers license with good driving record (preferred) Experience creating PowerPoint presentations (a plus) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans The Know Your Rights poster is available here: [please apply online] The pay transparency policy is available here: [please apply online] transp%20EnglishformattedESQA508c.pdf For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, the Company is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
