Junior Sales Representative -- Miami Region Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid - field & office) Department: Sales Reports To: Regional Sales Manager About Fleet Owl Fleet Owl is a leader in fleet management technology, offering an all-in-one platform for real-time GPS tracking, route optimization, driver performance analytics, maintenance automation, and more. We empower businesses with commercial fleets to reduce costs, improve safety, and streamline operations. Position Summary We're seeking a highly motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our growing sales team in the Miami region. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology and sales, eager to build relationships with prospects, learn complex solutions, and drive revenue growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Junior Sales Rep at Fleet Owl, you will support the sales process from lead generation through deal qualification and hand-off, helping to expand our footprint across transportation, logistics, construction, delivery services, and other fleet-centric industries in South Florida. Key Responsibilities * Prospect & Generate Leads: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calls, email campaigns, networking, and events. * Manage Sales Pipeline: Use CRM (e.g., Salesforce) to track leads, log activity, update status, and forecast potential sales. * Initial Discovery & Outreach: Conduct needs assessments with prospective clients to understand challenges and align with Fleet Owl solutions. * Support Sales Cycle: Collaborate with senior sales reps and account executives to prepare proposals, presentations, and demo scheduling. * Build Regional Relationships: Engage with local fleets, industry associations, brokers, and strategic partners throughout Miami-Dade and surrounding counties. * Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success to share feedback, support campaigns, and enhance the buyer experience. * Meet Sales Metrics & KPIs: Achieve activity goals (calls, outreaches), qualification targets, and contribute to revenue growth. Qualifications Required * 0-2 years of sales or business development experience (B2B preferred). * Strong communication skills -- verbal & written (fluent English; Spanish a strong plus). * High energy, competitive drive, and willingness to learn. * Comfortable with cold outreach and face-to-face meetings. * Basic CRM competency (experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, etc., is a plus). * Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally. Preferred * Interest in SaaS, logistics, transportation, or fleet technology. * Experience in consultative selling or territory growth.
