Branco Insurance Group is a fast growing, client-focused insurance agency in Naugatuck, CT. We pride ourselves on providing expert guidance, responsive service, and long-term risk management partnerships. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to support our producers and deliver exceptional service to our commercial clients. Position Summary The Commercial Lines Account Manager is responsible for managing and servicing a book of commercial insurance accounts. This role works closely with producers, carriers, and clients to ensure accurate coverage placement, timely renewals, and ongoing policy support. Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day servicing of assigned commercial accounts * Prepare renewal submissions, market accounts, and negotiate coverage terms with carriers * Review policies, endorsements, audits, and certificates for accuracy * Process endorsements, cancellations, binders, and policy changes * Communicate with clients regarding coverage questions, renewals, and policy updates * Work collaboratively with producers to support new business and retention efforts * Maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system * Ensure compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements Qualifications * 2+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience (agency or brokerage) * Active Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain) * Strong knowledge of commercial coverages (BOP, GL, Auto, WC, Property, Umbrella, etc.) * Experience working with multiple carriers and agency management systems * Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills * Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment What We Offer * Competitive salary based on experience * Health, insurance * Paid time off and holidays * 401K * Continuing education and licensing support * Collaborative and supportive team environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
