Your Role As A Customer Acquisition & Sales Associate * Conduct direct outreach and follow up with local leads to drive customer acquisition * Promote Frontier products and services to residential customers in the New London area * Confidently close sales and generate new revenue for Frontier * Build unforgettable customer relationships rooted in trust and professionalism * Track outreach activity and results to support team goals * Participate fully in training and team development initiatives Training You Will Receive Every Customer Acquisition & Sales Associate is supported through structured, ongoing training. This entry level position is built around skill development and mentorship, not guesswork. Training areas include: * Customer acquisition strategies and outreach techniques * Product knowledge and service education * Sales fundamentals and closing confidence * Professional communication and relationship building * Lead follow up systems and performance tracking * Compliance, data protection, and ethical selling standards Training is hands-on, interactive, and designed to help every Customer Acquisition & Sales Associate succeed at the entry level and beyond. Entry Level Qualifications * 0-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a similar client-facing role is ideal * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Comfortable speaking with new people daily * Self motivated with a positive attitude * Coachable and open to feedback * Reliable and professional in customer facing settings * Interest in customer acquisition, sales, or business development Previous experience is not required for this entry level Customer Acquisition & Sales Associate role.
