Job Summary Full Time. Salary Based. We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is salary based and focused on supporting our outside sales team, managing customer accounts, processing orders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations. You will be the main point of contact for customers over the phone, via email, and at the counter, helping to strengthen long-term business relationships. Duties * Provide customer service and sales support to underground utility and site development contractors. * Handle phone, email and counter sales ensuring accurate order entry and timely follow-ups. * Assist outside sale representatives with pricing, quotes and product information. * Manage order processing, track shipments and resolve customer concerns. * Develop a strong understanding of product lines and their applications. * Maintain organized records of customer interactions, quotes, and orders. * Support sales team in meeting overall business goals. Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid time off Work Location: In person
