Overview Join our dynamic team as a Counter Help, Cashier, and Order Taking Associate! Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections and order placement * Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct transactions * Handle cash, credit card payments, and cash handling procedures with precision * Prepare simple food items in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards * Upsell additional menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales * Maintain cleanliness of the counter area, including bussing tables and food handling stations * Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly and efficiently Skills * Proven experience in food service, quick service & fast food restaurants, or retail environments * Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively * Basic math skills for cash handling, register balancing, and retail math calculations * Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures * Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail * Previous experience with culinary tasks or kitchen experience is a plus but not required * Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in the food industry.
