Rockwood Shutters, Blinds and Shades has an immediate opening for a Brand Ambassador. The successful candidate will be responsible for lead generating, managing the creation and development of store support for our service provider, as well as social media and online positioning for Rockwood. This full-time job comes with excellent pay and benefits. Your Responsibilities * Weekly visits providing store support and motivation to our Home Depot Store partners * Engage with store associates and department leads bringing awareness of the Rockwood program and lead generating * Advise sales reps on content marketing campaigns and product positioning logistics * Measure and report lead to sales strategies based on store metrics and scorecards, and make necessary adjustments * Contribute to social media accounts posting visits & employee engagement Candidate Qualities and Job Requirements * Must be Spanish speaking bilingual * Experience in marketing or advertising * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Active presence on social media a plus * Ability to learn product details quickly and translate what you've learned to content marketing strategies * Familiarity with social media metric tracking preferred * Leads to sales tracking * Superior organization and planning skills * Outstanding interpersonal skills and unwavering dedication to customer service * High standard of integrity and strong work ethic * Background check will be conducted Benefits Include * Medical * Dental * Vision * Supplemental * Paid Holidays * Paid Vacation * 401K Participation * Car/phone allowance Join Us!
