Entry Level Job Position (Merchandiser/Relief Sales Rep) An entry level position at Northern Eagle Beverage Company is intended to be a stepping stone into a sales rep position. The goal for this position is to gain a foundation for the Beer and Beverage industry from both the sales and marketing perspectives. Northern Eagle's current product portfolio consists of all Anheuser-Busch products (beer and non-alcohol) as well as several local craft brands,wine,and spirits. Job Responsibilities * Build and merchandise product displays * Run relief & non-alcohol sales routes * Install and place permanent and paper point-of-sale (POS) materials * Ensure proper stock rotation in assigned accounts and notify appropriate personnel of potential quality issues * Provide support for sales promotions and special events (MetLife Stadium, Craft Beer Festivals, etc.) * Comply with all legal guidelines, safety requirements, and Anheuser-Busch standards and policies * Responsible for assisting in the daily upkeep of the POS warehouse * Responsible for daily paperwork and the proper completion of all Company documents Qualifications * Must be 21 years of age * Valid drivers license, with safe driving record -Four Year College or Associate's degree Preferred * Must be able to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays occasionally * Beverage experience preferred * Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time * Good oral and written communication skills * Ability to lift and move product and hang merchandise materials.
