Job Description Are you looking for a meaningful career in a local business that has national brand support people recognize and trust? Fast growing insurance agency in seek of a Customer Service and Sales representative. This role will resolve policy and account related questions. The position will give the opportunity for sales through cross selling multiple lines Responsibilities * Become licensed in Property & Casualty * Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to help the customer identify specific products and solutions * Solicit, sell and negotiate new business policies * Review renewal business and identify appropriate follow-up action based on degree of change * Cross-sell/up-sell products to existing customers * Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken * Assist with the annual review process by contacting customers and preparing personalized customer coverage recommendations based on customers' needs * Client/Claims liaison * Refer unresolved customer grievances or complex customer interactions to senior team member * Implement/adhere to company and Agency guidelines * General customer service duties as presented * Performs other duties as assigned Job Qualifications * You're upbeat, love creating and building new relationships, and are very comfortable initiating phone calls to generate business. * Property & Casualty license a plus or be willing to obtain your Property & Casualty license( Training material provided and Bonus incentives for licensing in 60 days ) * Confident, motivated individual who works well independently and with a team * Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up * Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Benefits may include: * Comprehensive on-the-job training, Get paid to learn! * Base plus commission plan, with monthly and yearly bonus incentives, sky is the limit! * Uncapped commission structure * Positive work environment * Advancement opportunities Everything we do at Allstate is driven by a shared purpose: to protect people from life's uncertainties so they can realize their hopes and dreams.
