Job Description

We're hiring a relationship-driven professional to support homeowners after their solar installation by providing hands-on follow-up, system education, and light field marketing support. This role combines customer success, in-home visits, and referral development. You'll work directly with homeowners we've already sold solar to -- no cold calling, no prospecting strangers.Facebook What You 'll Be Doing

• Schedule and conduct in-home follow-up visits with existing solar customers
• Walk homeowners through their solar system and monitoring app
• Answer questions and confirm overall satisfaction
• Capture high-quality photos and short videos of completed installations
• Coordinate drone photos (or capture them if certified)
• Collect marketing assets for social media, website, and ads
• Build rapport and guide satisfied homeowners through creating referral lists
• Pass referrals to the sales team for follow-up This is a white-glove experience role with light marketing responsibilities -- not a hard sales position. Who This Role Is Perfect For

Compensation

• Base pay + commission
• Commission paid on referrals that convert
• Additional earning potential tied to performance Schedule
