Parts Specialist Lahti's Jeep has served the Worcester County in automotive sales and service since 1928. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Supply parts to the service department * Sell parts over the counter- Retail * Promote and maintain wholesale parts accounts * Maintain an orderly and accurate parts inventory and control system * Promote accessory sales * Complete appropriate factory training and attend classes as necessary * Manage and acquire wholesale relationships * Comply with all factory requirements and follow guidelines as set forth by the manufacturer * Assist in timely delivery of parts to service technicians * Periodically deliver parts to wholesale customers Qualifications/Requirements: * Exceptional customer service skills * Strong computer skills including experience with dealer management systems, Microsoft Office, and factory intranet systems * Parts Counter experience including working with parts management systems. * Ability to utilize effective time management and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at a time * Strong and Cooperative team player willing to assist other departments to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction Job Type: Full-time Pay: $44,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Vision insurance Experience: * Parts Inventory: 1 year (Required) * Customer service: 3 years (Required) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
