What You 'll Be Doing * Supporting brokers and managers with client onboarding and daily operations * Pulling usage history and creating pricing proposals and cost comparisons * Coordinating with energy suppliers and internal teams * Managing and updating data in Salesforce and Excel * Reviewing documents and making follow-up quality assurance calls * Tracking tasks to keep projects moving on schedule * Learning energy products and internal systems * Communicating clearly and professionally with clients and teammates in English and Spanish What We 're Looking For * Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) * Comfortable using Excel, Microsoft Office, and Outlook independently * At least 1 year of customer service, administrative, or office support experience * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Reliable transportation and ability to commute daily to our Dallas office * Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn * Available to work Monday -Friday, in-office * Able to pass a background check Work Environment & Culture * Professional, welcoming office environment * Supportive leadership and team collaboration * Clear expectations and consistent schedule * Opportunity to gain real business experience early in your career If you're bilingual, detail-oriented, and ready to grow in a professional setting where your work matters, we encourage you to apply.
