You will collaborate closely with clients to bring their vision to life--creating thoughtful, functional, and beautiful kitchen and bath spaces. This is a client-facing, design-to-completion role where sales, service, and creativity go hand-in-hand. Key Responsibilities * Meet with clients to understand goals, design preferences, and project budgets * Create detailed and accurate design plans using 2020 Design, SketchUp , AutoCAD, or similar software * Present proposals with product selections, samples, and 3D renderings * Recommend cabinetry, appliances, finishes, and materials in alignment with the client's style and functional needs * Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and installation teams * Maintain strong client relationships with responsive communication and exceptional customer service * Stay current with design trends, products, and best practices Required Qualifications * Minimum 5 years of experience in Kitchen & Bath Design * Proficiency in design software : 2020 Design, AutoCAD, SketchUp (or similar) * Strong sales skills with a client-first approach * Portfolio demonstrating past kitchen and bath design work * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills * Proficiency in MS Office; QuickBooks experience a plus * Ability to field measure, lift up to 50 lbs (e.g., samples), and navigate job sites * Degree in Interior Design or related field (Associate's or Bachelor's preferred) * CKBD or similar certification is a plus Compensation & Benefits * Base Salary + Commission (Uncapped) * Total Compensation Range: $60,000 - $120,000+ per year * Health Insurance * Paid Time Off * Flexible Schedule * Employee Discounts Ready to Apply?
