Kitchen/Bath Designer - Full-Time Location: Denver, CO (In-Person)

Compensation

: $60,000 - $120,000/year (Base + Uncapped Commission, DOE)

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned, creative, and self-motivated Kitchen/Bath Designer or Cabinetry Specialist to join our team. You will collaborate closely with clients to bring their vision to life--creating thoughtful, functional, and beautiful kitchen and bath spaces. This is a client-facing, design-to-completion role where sales, service, and creativity go hand-in-hand.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand goals, design preferences, and project budgets
• Create detailed and accurate design plans using 2020 Design, SketchUp , AutoCAD, or similar software
• Present proposals with product selections, samples, and 3D renderings
• Recommend cabinetry, appliances, finishes, and materials in alignment with the client's style and functional needs
• Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and installation teams
• Maintain strong client relationships with responsive communication and exceptional customer service
• Stay current with design trends, products, and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Kitchen & Bath Design
• Proficiency in design software : 2020 Design, AutoCAD, SketchUp (or similar)
• Strong sales skills with a client-first approach
• Portfolio demonstrating past kitchen and bath design work
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; QuickBooks experience a plus
• Ability to field measure, lift up to 50 lbs (e.g., samples), and navigate job sites
• Degree in Interior Design or related field (Associate's or Bachelor's preferred)
• CKBD or similar certification is a plus
