About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Representative to manage established customer accounts. In this role, you will be instrumental in nurturing client relationships, processing quote requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective order management and cross-functional collaboration. Your technical aptitude and problem-solving skills will be key to your success. Responsibilities * Cultivate and strengthen relationships with an assigned customer base to foster long-term partnerships. * Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a seamless experience. * Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with internal teams to guarantee timely delivery. * Manage quote requests, providing competitive pricing and product availability information. * Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Product Management to understand customer specifications and recommend appropriate solutions. * Expedite the resolution of customer returns and claims, implementing corrective actions as needed. * Champion the customer's perspective within the organization, advocating for their needs and ensuring their voice is heard. Qualifications Required Skills * Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or customer service. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Demonstrated technical aptitude to grasp product functionality and applications. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills. Preferred Skills * Associate's or Bachelor's degree. * Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, AS 400 Mainframe).
