Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Smoke Shop Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and have a strong understanding of smoking accessories and related products. Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously, assisting them in selecting products such as pipes, vaporizers, rolling papers, and other smoking accessories
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves and displays
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
• Educate customers on product features, usage, and safety guidelines
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management
• Ensure compliance with store policies and legal regulations regarding age restrictions and product sales
• Stay informed about new products, industry trends, and relevant laws affecting the smoke shop industry Skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Strong knowledge of smoking accessories, vapes, hookahs, cigars, tobacco products, or related items (nice-to-have)
• Ability to handle cash register operations accurately and efficiently
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
• Basic understanding of legal age restrictions for purchasing tobacco or related products
