The Director of Outlets will: * Lead Iconic Oceanfront Dining - Oversee all Food & Beverage outlets at a beachfront resort , delivering memorable guest experiences across multiple concepts while maximizing performance and revenue. * Be the Face of Guest Experience - Serve as a hands-on leader who elevates service standards, resolves guest concerns in real time, and ensures every guest leaves delighted. * Inspire & Develop High-Performing Teams - Recruit, train, coach, and mentor managers and hourly team members--building a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement. * Drive Financial & Operational Excellence - Own budgets, labor, inventory, beverage costs, and P&L performance while balancing quality, efficiency, and profitability. * Partner at the Executive Level - Collaborate closely with Culinary leadership and serve as a member of the Executive Committee , helping shape strategy and innovation across the resort. * Blend Strategy with Hands-On Leadership -From setting goals and forecasting labor to supporting the floor during peak moments, this role blends big-picture thinking with visible leadership. * Champion Quality, Standards & Compliance - Ensure consistent service, sanitation, safety, and brand standards while staying compliant with labor and employment regulations. * Join a Culture That Celebrates You - Be part of a resort that values diversity, inclusion, teamwork, and recognition , where your leadership style, ideas, and personality truly matter. Experience required : * 5+ years experience with hotel food and beverage operations. * 5+ years experience food and alcoholic beverages. * Previous Experience in a 4-Diamond or Convention Resort preferred * Previous Leadership Experience over multiple outlets preferred * Knowledge and Experience with P&L, Budgets, and Financials preferred Compensation : Please provide desired pay range in cover &/or online application.
