Here's more of what the position entails: * Creating those #MagicMoments with members in the studio! * Greeting all who walk through our doors with positivity and a smile * Introduce Orangetheory's science-backed workouts to any first-time guest * Responding to all member calls, emails, or texts within a timely manner * Giving studio previews, delivering top-notch product knowledge with confidence * Working hand-in-hand with coaches to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout * Selling memberships to help the studio thrive and achieve their #GOALS * Following up on prospective clients over the phone and/or in-person * Handling members' concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution * Maintaining organization through administrative tasks * Participating in marketing and outreach events * Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized * Must be 18 to apply What we're trying to say is, if you're the type of person who would dress up for an 80's-themed workout and drop down for a push-up or two, we want YOU to apply!" Jobs That Make a Real Difference About Us Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
