Description: Job description ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Greet, interact and qualify each customer to determine their individual needs. * Perform buying, selling and loan transactions. * Show the ability to meet and exceed sales/loan goals. * Keep work area clean and organized per store and OSHA standards. * Handle all cash/debit transactions using company policies, procedures and practices. * Communicate with all customers, staff and managers displaying respect and professionalism.
