As an AT&T Enrollment Associate, you will represent industry-leading telecom products and services, including wireless plans, device upgrades, and bundled solutions. If you have ever been a customer and wanted the newest wireless upgrade for your device but had to wait, our AT&T Enrollment Associate will bring that convenience daily with the options we have available and how we manage customers accounts. The AT&T CustomerRepresentative will explain product benefits, and guide them through the enrollment and purchasing process all while ensuring a seamless and professional experience. AT &T Enrollment Associate Responsibilities: * Connect with customers on wireless services and products in a clear, informative, and engaging way * AT&T Enrollment Associates actively listen to understand customers communication needs and recommend appropriate wireless plans or upgrades * Process sales orders and manage customers accounts with precision and detail * AT&T Enrollment Associates troubleshoot basic service issues and assist customers with account questions or changes * Participate in skill development sessions to stay up to date on promotions, service updates, and product offerings * AT&T Enrollment Associates work with managers to increase sales strategies and customer services available in the area * Maintain accurate customer records and process enrollments or service updates efficiently AT &T Enrollment Associate Qualifications: * Ability to manage time wisely and efficiently accomplish assigned tasks and responsibilities in this role * Proven ability to implement new skills learned * Energetic and positive team player, ability to operate in a team environment and independently * Experience in a customer service, sales, retail, hospitality or related position * Positive and considerate attitude towards all interactions with customers and team members Apply Today!
