Overview The company is a subsidiary of the Japanese fishing hook manufacturer trusted by both recreational and professional anglers. You will be responsible for the overall management and operations of a business or organization. Duties * Oversee daily business operations and accounting and financial operations.. * Develop key performance goals and manage the performance of the staff. * Create/manage budgets to improve company revenue. * Recruit, hire and train staff. * Work closely with Account Managers and other senior staff to improve efficiency and performance. * Generate reports and give presentations. * Perform other duties as assigned.
