Rosel Industries supports AT&T's presence through disciplined, customer-first engagement - and we need an AT&T Sales Trainee who excels in performance- driven settings and establishing genuine connections with consumers. The AT&T Sales Trainee works on behalf of AT&T to promote their wireless technology and service plans. Through partnership with big-box retailers, we launch in-store events and connect with new and existing AT&T customers to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction ratings, and bring the brand directly to their target market. As an AT&T Sales Trainee, you'll be equipped with up-to-date product knowledge on AT&T's wireless devices and trained in direct sales protocols to ensure a seamless experience and achieve designated performance metrics. The AT&T Sales Trainee will confidently address questions on coverage, compatibility, and device setup with factual, actionable responses - no speculation, no guesswork.
Key Responsibilities
of the AT &T Sales Trainee:
- Execute high-volume sales of AT&T devices and accessories to consistently exceed assigned quotas in coordination with retail partners.
- Conduct precise sales presentations to match customer needs with optimal AT&T wireless plans and complementary device bundles.
- Maintain expert-level proficiency on all current AT&T device specs, plans, and promotions; integrate value-added products like protection plans.
- Proactively engage all retail floor traffic with a professional demeanor, effectively handling customer objections during the sales process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted promotional strategies and share market insights to improve campaign performance.
Minimum Qualifications
of the AT &T Sales Trainee
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in customer support, retail, or sales valued, ideally within wireless connectivity, telecom, or subscriptionbased services.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills with the ability to explain wireless solutions, resolve issues, and build customer trust.
- Organized, proactive, and adaptable, with resilience to thrive in fastpaced retail environments and consistently meet sales goals. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,700.00 per month
