JOB FUNCTIONS : The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not necessarily limited to: * Work with the Store Manager to ensure that all aspects of the store are operating smoothly and in the best interest of the Company, its employees and its customers. * Responsible for effectively leading, motivating, developing and managing a team. This includes sales associates, sales supervisors and in some cases an assistant manager. * Demonstrates excellent Sales Lead behaviors and is responsible for the total store results. * Create a culture that ensures customer service and high performance is the focus of all activities. * Ensure all sales hours are properly scheduled and staffed by self and team.
