Overview The Service Administrator is an entry-level support role within the Service Division, designed to keep operations clean, efficient, and scalable as we grow. This position is perfect for a detail-oriented, motivated individual who wants to learn the inner workings of commercial roofing service operations and build a long-term career. In this role, you will: * Act as a central hub for incoming service requests, calls, and questions, ensuring they are routed promptly and accurately. * Maintain data integrity by cleaning up and standardizing Work Orders within construction software. * Track correspondence and follow-ups to within Service operations. * Support the Service team with daily administrative tasks, training, and growth. This is not just a clerical position -- it's a pipeline role. The Service Administrator will receive hands-on exposure to operations, Work Order execution, processes, and field coordination, with a clear growth path toward advanced roles. Key Responsibilities * Service Intake & Routing: * Answer and route incoming service calls and requests. * Assign/delegate unclaimed or new client requests to the appropriate Account Manager or Technician. * Act as a communication hub between Technicians, Account Managers, and Management. * Work Order (WO) Management: * Review, standardize, and close out WOs within construction software. * Flag WOs for follow-up by Account Managers or management. * Ensure all required photos, notes, and materials are properly documented by in-house employees and/or subcontractors. * Correspondence & Follow-Ups: * Enter and track correspondence in construction software to ensure timely client communication. * Log leads and assign them to Account Managers to maintain accountability. * Data Accuracy & Reporting: * Maintain clean data inputs across construction software for accurate company reporting. * Support management with daily/weekly/monthly metrics, backlog status, and key performance updates. * Administrative Support: * Assist with basic client updates and other routine admin tasks. * Take on additional responsibilities and roles as skills grow. Qualifications & Skills * Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail. * Comfort with software platforms and data entry * Professional communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to juggle multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. * Eager to learn commercial roofing operations and grow into higher-level roles.
