General Manager Extended Stay Join a respected hospitality organization as the General Manager of an extended stay property. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to drive operational excellence, team development, and guest satisfaction in a pivotal, hands-on role. You'll benefit from a supportive, team-oriented culture and the stability of an established company. * General Manager Extended Stay Benefits & Compensation * Competitive base salary up to $90K * Predictable, balanced schedule * Supportive ownership and team atmosphere * Growth Opportunities * General Manager Extended Stay Requirements & Qualifications * Background in budget extended stay hotel operations * Minimum 3 years of hotel management experience with full operational oversight * Demonstrated success in staffing, P &L control, and guest experience management * Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills * Flexibility to work across shifts as needed * General Manager Extended Stay Preferred Background & Skills * Experience in a leadership role within the extended stay hotel industry * Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction scores * Ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies * Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics * Passion for team development and fostering a positive work environment * General Manager Extended Stay Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Oversee all aspects of day-to-day hotel operations with a focus on extended stay guest needs * Act as the primary liaison between the property and the corporate office * Manage reservations, guest relations, and front desk efficiency * Conduct regular inspections to maintain brand standards and ensure operational quality * Maximize occupancy and revenue while managing out-of-service rooms and rate strategy * Deliver consistent training and feedback to support ongoing staff development * Maintain high guest satisfaction scores and uphold brand compliance standardsGoodwin Recruiting
