Responsibilities * Design and create custom floral arrangements for various occasions, including funerals, weddings, events, and everyday displays. * Assist customers in selecting flowers, plants, and related products, providing expert advice on floral care and design options. * Maintain the freshness and quality of flowers through proper handling, watering, and storage techniques. * Manage inventory levels of floral supplies, ensuring stock is well-organized and replenished as needed. * Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and customer payments. * Support merchandising efforts by arranging displays that highlight seasonal themes and promote sales. * Collaborate with team members to ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and inviting for customers. Qualifications * Proven experience as a floral designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work. * Knowledge of floral design principles, horticulture practices, and plant care techniques. * Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customers effectively. * Familiarity with retail operations including POS systems, cashiering, retail math, and stock management. * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
