About the Job We are a growing safety supplies and disposable products distributor serving, labs, food processors, and industrial customers all across the country. Our business is built on repeat customers, reliable service, and doing what we say we'll do. We are looking for a Junior Sales Representative to help grow our sales team and learn B2B sales. This is an entry-level role with a clear path to higher earnings and responsibility for someone who wants to build skills, and be a part of a fast growing business. This Job Is a Good Fit If You: 1. What You 'll Be Doing 1. Learning our core products (gloves, disposable apparel, consumables) 2. Following up on samples and quotes 3. Checking in with existing customers 4. Making outbound calls to existing or inactive accounts 5. Answering customer questions (pricing, availability, lead times) 6. Keeping customer info organized 7. Supporting senior sales staff and learning by doing As you grow, you 'll take on more responsibility, and manage your own accounts. Pay & Growth 1. Base Pay: $52,000 2. Clear path to higher earnings and a full sales role What We 're Looking For: 1. Comfortable talking on the phone every day 2. Reliable, organized, and coachable 3.
