Position Summary

: We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Staffing Recruiter (Spanish/English) to join our Jacksonville team. A talented individual with a strong background in Recruiting and Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates in both English and Spanish
• Utilize creative sourcing strategies and recruitment platforms to attract top-tier talent
• Maintain compliance with all employment laws, company procedures, and client requirements
• Conduct interviews (in-person, phone, virtual), administer assessments, and vet candidate qualifications
• Build and manage strong candidate pipelines for recurring and high-volume positions
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver timely results
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and generate recruitment performance reports
• Represent agency at job fairs and community events to promote brand visibility

Requirements

:

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) - Required
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in staffing/recruitment - Required
• Strong knowledge of ATS tools and sourcing platforms
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with compliance and onboarding best practices
• Self-starter with a sense of urgency and accountability
• Customer-focused with a solutions-oriented mindset Preferred:
• Experience in high-volume recruiting environments
