Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Staffing Recruiter (Spanish/English) to join our Jacksonville team. A talented individual with a strong background in Recruiting and Customer Service. Key Responsibilities: * Manage full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates in both English and Spanish * Utilize creative sourcing strategies and recruitment platforms to attract top-tier talent * Maintain compliance with all employment laws, company procedures, and client requirements * Conduct interviews (in-person, phone, virtual), administer assessments, and vet candidate qualifications * Build and manage strong candidate pipelines for recurring and high-volume positions * Collaborate closely with Account Managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver timely results * Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and generate recruitment performance reports * Represent agency at job fairs and community events to promote brand visibility Requirements: * Bilingual (Spanish/English) - Required * Minimum 1+ years of experience in staffing/recruitment - Required * Strong knowledge of ATS tools and sourcing platforms * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills * Familiarity with compliance and onboarding best practices * Self-starter with a sense of urgency and accountability * Customer-focused with a solutions-oriented mindset Preferred: * Experience in high-volume recruiting environments * Background in customer service or account management Why joining us? * Be part of a reputable and growing organization * Work alongside an experienced, results-focused team * Opportunity for advancement based on performance * Make a meaningful impact by connecting people with work every day Bring your recruiting expertise to a company that values performance and people!
