Olsen Orthodontics is a private orthodontic office with a Board Certified Orthodontist, Dr. Taylor Olsen. We specialize in orthodontics for all ages and love to help our patients smile! Treatment Coordinator - Orthodontic Office (San Juan Capistrano, San Clemente) OUR MISSION: We strive to be the best part of our patient's day - if you don't come in with a smile on your face, we make it our priority to help you leave with one. POSITION AVAILABLE: Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Dental or orthodontic experience a plus, but not required. Computer experience a must. Detail-oriented a must. Sales background a plus. QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for a ROCKSTAR! Someone who shares the passion, vision and values of our practice. Must have strong people skills, be a great listener and have great work ethics. Ability to work with interruptions and manage multiple priorities is a must. Must be able to work unsupervised and meet deadlines, have reasoning capabilities, write legibly and have basic math skills. We are looking for someone who is respectful to fellow team members, patients and the Doctor and is genuinely warm and friendly. JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to): Speaking with patients and parents about orthodontic treatment and presenting treatment plans. Making financial arrangements to make braces affordable to hard-working families in our area. Connecting with patients and making them feel comfortable, all while being their orthodontic treatment advocate. Administrative duties include the following: Tracking statistics in Excel Managing a fast-paced patient schedule Making and taking patient phone calls Days: 3-4 Days / Week; We see patients about 14 days / month Compensation: Depends on Experience If this sounds like a good fit for you, please respond with your 1) resume, 2) previous salary history and 3) references.
