Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Fast Food Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will assist customers with their orders, ensure food safety and quality, and contribute to a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Your ability to upsell menu items and maintain kitchen standards will be key to our success. Duties * Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. * Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines. * Assist in the kitchen with food preparation and sanitation tasks. * Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including dining areas, kitchens, and restrooms. * Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register efficiently. * Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales. * Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations. * Collaborate with team members to meet service goals during peak hours. * Manage time effectively to ensure timely service delivery. Experience * Previous experience in a fast-food or retail environment is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety standards is a plus. * Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. * Ability to work well under pressure in a busy setting. * Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members. * Experience with retail math is beneficial for managing transactions accurately.
