Choice New York Staffing provides vital services to the buildings we manage including concierge, doorman, superintendent, porter, and janitorial services. Choice New York Listings provides brokerage sales and leasing to the building owners we represent. We invite you to apply and join our dynamic team of professionals at NYC's premier full-service property management firm. Seeking a Part Time Porter to make sure that buildings are in clean and functioning order for tenants and guests. Responsibilities: * Perform porter duties such as cleaning common areas, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring a pleasant environment for residents. * Follow the new sanitation garbage schedule, including working two night shifts plus Saturday afternoons as required. Qualifications: * Prior experience in porter or maintenance work is preferred. * Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents and management. * Ability to work independently and demonstrate reliability in completing assigned tasks. * Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and organization. Requirements: * Must be able to start immediately * Must have the physical strength to lift cleaning materials * Interpersonal skills are also necessary for interacting with building occupants Work Shift: Monday and Thursday late afternoon into evenings and Saturday afternoons- 15-20 hours weekly Pay: $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 20.0 per week Work Location: In person
