About the Role

We're hiring a Junior Marketing & Sales Associate to represent our clients inside local retail locations. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you'll learn how real-world marketing and sales work--no prior experience required. If you're a recent graduate or someone looking to start a career in marketing, sales, or business, this role offers paid training, mentorship, and clear paths for advancement. What You 'll Do

• Engage with customers face-to-face in retail environments
• Promote products and explain brand offerings in a friendly, professional way
• Set up and maintain eye-catching promotional displays
• Work toward daily and weekly sales targets
