Pine Belt Automotive is looking to fill immediate Call Center openings for motivated people to join our expanding Service Department Business Development Center in Toms River, NJ This is a great career opportunity, and we are looking for the right individuals to grow with us. Pine Belt will train the right candidates. All candidates must have excellent communication skills. As a BDC Representative you will utilize selling ability, computer skills, phone skills and positive attract repeat and new customers to our Nissan & Cadillac Service Departments. - Answer incoming phone calls and schedule service appointments. - Make outbound calls. - Log in all customer comments. - Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made. - Confirm scheduled appointments. - Reschedule now-show customer appointments. - Contact customers based on current marketing and service incentives - Respond to customer website requests - Contact internet customers via e-mail and phone to schedule service appointments - Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals. Requires working some evenings and Saturdays.
