About This Role We're looking for a Customer Service & Administrative Assistant to be the front line of support for our customers and IBOs. You'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and keep our operations running smoothly. This is a great fit for someone who's organized, personable, and enjoys helping people. What You'll Do Customer Service * Respond to customer and IBO inquiries via phone, email, and chat * Process orders, returns, and exchanges * Troubleshoot product and account issues * Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members * Maintain a positive, helpful attitude with every interaction Administrative Support * Assist with data entry and CRM management * Coordinate shipments and track orders * Prepare reports and update spreadsheets * Support the marketing and operations teams with administrative tasks * Help organize materials for events and promotions * Manage and organize digital files and documents General Office Support * Answer and route incoming calls * Assist with scheduling and calendar management * Handle miscellaneous office tasks as needed What You Bring Required: * 1-2 years of customer service or administrative experience * Excellent communication skills -- written and verbal * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment * Positive attitude and team player mentality Preferred: * Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) * Familiarity with e-commerce or order management systems * Bilingual (Spanish, Korean, or other languages a plus) * Interest in health, wellness, or supplements Benefits * Health insurance * 401(k) * Paid time off * Product discounts * Small team environment -- your work makes a visible impact Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
