We are a growing, tax firm in Woodbridge, CT seeking motivated seasonal tax preparers for the upcoming tax season. This position follows an hybrid compensation model , offering a guaranteed hourly base plus commission on self-sourced clients. This role is ideal for tax professionals who want stable pay , clear expectations , and the ability to earn more by bringing in their own clients , including higher-fee LLC and business returns. Compensation * $25/hour (W-2, seasonal) * 10% -20% commission on self-sourced clients * Weekly hourly pay * Commission paid after return is filed and payment is collected * No earnings cap Office-assigned / owner-provided clients are paid hourly only and do not qualify for commission.
