Key Functions of the Customer Support Trainee: * Engage directly with customers in face-to-face interactions to promote AT&T products. * Present and sell cell phones, wireless devices, and internet packages with confidence. * Build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships. * Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets. * Educate customers on product features and benefits. * Collaborate with team members to maximize territory coverage. * Track customer feedback and report insights to management. * Represent S-California Advisors with professionalism and enthusiasm.
