Be Bold. Be Kind. Be You. Join our dynamic team at ModWash, where our mission is to deliver a legendary car wash experience while helping customers keep their vehicles clean all year-round! Guest Experience Members are responsible for the daily operations at a ModWash location. You'll work as a team to drive membership sales while ensuring each guest has an outstanding experience to help grow the ModWash brand. You'll educate them on the value and savings of becoming a member and help them select the best package to suit their needs. What you 'll do: * Deliver mind blowing customer service. Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude. * Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships. * Safely guide and assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options. * Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction. * Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals. * Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable. What you 'll need: * A passion for serving others. * Awesome customer service skills, previous sales experience a plus. * Outgoing, energetic personality with excellent communication skills. * Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
