Requirements / Duties will include but not limited to: * Ability/experience to sell premium high dollar projects with ease (10k+) * Proven track record of effective sales technique and strategy * Competent presentation of our products once learned * Relaying benefits and advantages of our premium products * Building value in company, policies and warranties * Creating confidence in our clients through our core values * Overseeing contract signing and collection of deposit * Communication with project manager on projects sold * Placing online orders for projects sold * 2 years of proven sales experience - Or ability to prove sales ability * A friendly sales approach - we are very relationship oriented * Office skills - Microsoft office, Google Calendars, etc. * A strong work ethic - must be self-motivated with minimal supervision * Organizational and time management skills ForeverLawn is the premiere leader in artificial turf industry. Some leads are generated through our website, referrals, with the majority of sales coming from strategic canvassing, relationship building, and cold calling. This is a commission based employment with a base salary provided until a sufficient sales pipeline can be developed. Paid training and integration into our company values, standards, installation methods, is very important to us.
