About the Role: Applicants must be experienced in installing Auto Glass, operating Calibartion Equipment and Customer Service. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Auto Glass Lead Technician to join our team at Autoglass Brands LLC dba Nations Auto Glass in Springdale, OH. As the Lead Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of our auto glass store, ensuring excellent customer service, and assist with managing a team of dedicated professionals. Responsibilities: * Drive Store Sales and Oversee Expansion of the business * Assist with overseeing the daily operations of the auto glass store * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service * Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed * Assist in quoting and scheduling work * Maintain a clean and organized store environment * Actively participate in the installation of auto glass of all types What we offer: * Supportive family-owned environment * Opportunity to grow with our National Expansion planned in 2025 * Weekly Pay * No nights or weekends * Company Healthcare and Benefits package * 1 week paid vacation the first year (Accrued within the first year) 2 weeks paid vacation after the secondary year (Based on a weekly accrual) Requirements: * 2+ years of auto glass installation experience * 2+ years of operating Calibration equipment experience * 1+ years of experience developing commercial accounts * Proven leadership skills * Excellent communication and customer service abilities * Ability to complete and pass a criminal background check * Knowledge of auto glass products and services * Valid driver's license and clean driving record About Us: Auto Glass Brands LLC has been a trusted provider of auto glass products and services for over 35 years.
