Key Responsibilities: * Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs and budget by asking probing questions and active listening. * Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to potential buyers. * Provide accurate information about pricing, options, incentives, and financing. * Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. * Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and dealership promotions. Requirements: * Previous sales experience. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong negotiation and closing skills. * Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team. * Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
