As an AT&T Customer Representative, you'll serve as the bridge between customers and the nation's leading telecommunications provider, ensuring every interaction reflects accuracy, and professionalism. What You 'll Be Doing as an AT&T Customer Representative: * Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism, whether resolving service questions or helping them explore new AT&T options. * Identify customer concern and guide them through clear, step-by-step solutions ensuring they leave satisfied and confident. * Stay informed about the latest AT&T products, services, and promotions to provide accurate recommendations. * Create positive, lasting impressions by building trust and rapport with every customer. Work closely with your teammates and leadership to meet shared goals, celebrate wins, and continuously improve. * Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills and prepare for future growth. What We 're Looking For in AT&T Customer Representatives: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * A positive attitude and strong communication skills. * Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. * Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to grow. * Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
