Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to communicate effectively and provide exceptional service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities

:

• Assist customers in selecting furniture and making purchasing decisions
• Maintain a organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise
• Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently
• Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries
• Upsell products to increase sales revenue
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Qualifications

:

• Previous retail or sales experience required
• Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
