Job Description The Facility Operator is responsible for the care and maintenance of swimming facilities, spas, and water features for a set route in either uptown or downtown Manhattan. This role requires strong mechanical, organizational, and communication skills, and reports to either the Uptown or Downtown Aquatics Facility Manager, depending on the assigned route territory. Key Responsibilities * Use of reporting apps to track work and provide issue resolution. * Communication to Aquatics Facility Manager for necessary repairs, maintenance, or inventory needs. * Perform pool, spa, and water feature cleanings, maintenance, water chemistry and care. * Perform light repair work on pool facility mechanical systems. This position requires a timely, proactive approach to problem-solving, a commitment to safety, and the ability to foster a positive and professional team environment.
