We offer a guaranteed hourly wage of $19/h + sales commission, with current representatives averaging $22 -$27/h. From October to April : Marketing and Promotions * Work from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturdays as required by the Branch Managers. * Join our Marketing and Promotion Team to travel to different residential neighborhoods this season. * Conduct outdoor lead generation by making a short introduction of Weed Man services to homeowners. * No selling is involved; simply ask whether the customers might be interested in getting a free lawn care quote from us. * If the customer agrees and signs the authorization form for us to contact them for the quote, that is considered a lead! * The customers do not have to pay for anything at the door. From April to October : Lawn Care Technician * If you are interested in working with us as a lawn care technician (applying products to the customers' lawns), you can stay and work from April to October to make this a full-time position. Working hours: 6:30 am to around 4:30 pm. Qualifications and Experience Requirements: * Strong communication (verbal) and interpersonal skills. * Positive mindset with a can-do attitude * Must be physically fit since you would be walking a lot in the winter conditions * Not mandatory, but having a driver's license would be an asset * Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills. * Must be available to work on Saturday as required by the Branch Managers If you have any interest or experience in the following fields, this position may be of interest to you. * Landscaping * Agronomics or Horticulture * General Labour * Customer Service * Lawn/Garden Maintenance * Forestry/Arborist * Lead Generation / Marketing * Professional Driving Experience * Sales * Seasonal Work We thank all the applicants for sending us your resume.
