Accounts Payable Clerk - Automotive Dealership (CDK Drive) Capitol Nissan -Infiniti | In-Person Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $25 -$30 per hour (DOE) Overtime may be available during peak periods Position Overview Capitol Nissan-Infiniti is a fast-paced, customer-focused automotive dealership seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our accounting team. This role is ideal for someone with automotive dealership accounting experience and hands-on CDK Drive knowledge who thrives in a high-volume environment and values accuracy and accountability. What You 'll Do * Process vendor invoices and ensure timely, accurate payments * Maintain Accounts Payable records and perform vendor and GL reconciliations * Enter, review, and manage AP data in CDK Drive (ADP) * Prepare AP-related journal entries and assist with month-end close * Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies * Work closely with Parts, Service, Sales, and Finance departments * Support audits and internal controls as needed * Assist with payroll or benefits tasks as needed (preferred, not required) Required Qualifications * Automotive dealership accounting experience * Hands-on CDK Drive experience * Solid understanding of Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and debits/credits * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment * Basic Excel skills and general computer proficiency Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Qualifications * Experience assisting with payroll or benefits * Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting systems * Experience supporting month-end close processes Pay & Benefits * $25 -$30 per hour, depending on experience * Full-time, stable position * 401(k) * Health & Dental Insurance * Paid Time Off Work Location * In person How to Apply Submit your resume through Indeed.
