We're expanding our team and looking for ambitious Account Management Trainees who are eager to grow in sales, customer engagement, and business management. As an Account Management Trainee, you'll work alongside Alex and our leadership team to oversee daily sales operations, support customer relationships, and learn the fundamentals of management in a high-energy environment. This is a full-time opportunity designed for individuals who want to start their career in telecommunications and advance into leadership positions within our AT&T campaign. Responsibilities of an Account Management Trainee: * Assist with daily sales activity and customer outreach on behalf of AT&T's wireless and home services. * Work directly with customers to provide product information, handle service inquiries, and recommend solutions. * Support the sales team by tracking progress, analyzing performance, and identifying growth opportunities. * Collaborate with management to refine sales and customer engagement strategies for the AT&T campaign. * Coach and motivate team members to reach sales and customer satisfaction goals. * Maintain accurate documentation of customer accounts, sales reports, and daily performance metrics. * Represent Mountain Peak Marketing Inc. and AT&T with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
