of an Automotive Sales Manager:

• Structure deals
• Close deals
• Confirm appointments
• Train and manage our team of Product Specialists
• Meet/exceed set CSI standards
• Meet/exceed dealership performance goals

Requirements

of an Automotive Sales Manager:

• Proven Sales Management experience a must.
• VAuto (Provision) expert
• Ability to recruit and hire a team of 4-5 salespeople you will lead.
• Ability to train, develop, and retain your team.
• Ability to drive your team by hitting corporate metrics each month
• Honda experience a plus, but it is not necessary
• Great Work Ethic
• Must have good closing skills
• Superior communication and customer service skills
