Job Responsibilities of an Automotive Sales Manager: * Structure deals * Close deals * Confirm appointments * Train and manage our team of Product Specialists * Meet/exceed set CSI standards * Meet/exceed dealership performance goals Requirements of an Automotive Sales Manager: * Proven Sales Management experience a must. * VAuto (Provision) expert * Ability to recruit and hire a team of 4-5 salespeople you will lead. * Ability to train, develop, and retain your team. * Ability to drive your team by hitting corporate metrics each month * Honda experience a plus, but it is not necessary * Great Work Ethic * Must have good closing skills * Superior communication and customer service skills * We are a drug-free environment This is a fantastic opportunity with a great organization.
