This full time position is for the individual with experience in luxury retail sales. Portrays excellence in communication, is motivated and outgoing, has a positive and kind personality, works well on a team and under pressure, is self directed and organized. Responsibilities:. * Work directly with customers, create tearsheets, quotes, invoices, acquire lead times, request fabric and finish swatches. * Write sales orders, keep customer informed of any delays or changes. * Collect deposits and balances for orders, work closely with purchasing department. * Work on POS system and internal documents created in Microsoft Office, create Proficiency in MicroSoft Suite. * Work with incoming inventory, restock and refresh showroom on a daily basis. * Open & Close showroom with team on a daily basis. Education and Experience: * Associates degree, Bachelors degree a plus. * 3+ years experience in a professional retail sales environment that includes luxury high-end furnishings sales. Trade showroom experience a plus. * Luxury Fashion Retail Sales * Strong personal management, personal motivation and follow through. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Microsoft Suite & POS proficiency required.
