As a Kinetic Fiber Sales Agent , your goal is to help Ohio communities upgrade to Kinetic's high-speed fiber internet. We need somebody who enjoys talking to people and thrives in an environment that will support your growth. The Kinetic Fiber Sales Agent it's a role where you'll meet customers directly, share the value of fiber, and guide them into better digital experiences. Core Duties of the Kinetic Fiber Sales Agent: * Engage directly with customers to introduce Kinetic's fiber internet solutions. * Deliver clear, friendly product explanations that build trust and encourage sales enrollments. * Drive new customer sales through confident, customer-facing interactions. * Demonstrate internet fiber packages and recommend the best options based on customer usage and needs. * Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and completed sales enrollments. * Follow daily targets and contribute to the team's overall sales goals. * Stay updated on internet trends, features, and service areas.
