Overview We are looking for an energetic and motivated Entry-Level Account Manager to join our light industrial staffing team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in staffing, account management, or workforce solutions. You will work directly with clients and internal recruiting teams to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities * Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts * Manage daily staffing requests, job orders, and scheduling needs * Partner with recruiters to fill open positions quickly and accurately * Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication * Conduct client site visits as needed to support workforce operations * Track employee attendance, performance, and timekeeping * Address and resolve client and associate concerns in a timely manner * Assist with onboarding, orientation, and safety compliance * Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and improve service * Maintain accurate records in staffing and CRM systems Qualifications * High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, staffing, or account management * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if site visits are required) Skills & Traits * Customer-focused and relationship-driven * Strong problem-solving abilities * Detail-oriented and dependable * Comfortable working with both clients and hourly employees * Willingness to learn and grow within the staffing industry Benefits * Base pay plus commission * Paid training and ongoing career development * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Growth opportunities within a growing staffing organization Work Environment This position involves office work as well as occasional visits to light industrial client sites, such as warehouses, manufacturing plants, and distribution centers.
